Dr. Michael Ottaviano earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Monmouth University before receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2017. He then completed a General Practice Residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where he received advanced training in all aspects of general dentistry, including the management of acute dental trauma. During his residency, he was honored with the Polaris Award in recognition of his outstanding work at the hospital. Known for his calm demeanor and reassuring bedside manner, Dr. Ottaviano is dedicated to putting his patients first. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Since 2022, Dr. Mike has been pursuing diplomate status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), a distinction that reflects advanced education, clinical excellence, and proven competency in implant dentistry. As part of this commitment, he continues to actively train through the Vizstara Mentorship Program, further advancing his expertise in implantology and surgical procedures.
